Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy allows clients to address the past experiences and traumas more directly, in order to achieve deeper healing and resolution. Psychotherapy is respectful and non judgemental.
I initially meet with you to assess the issues that you face and will help you to understand  what is going on and what you realistically want to change . I  aim to engage and use my experience in a way that benefits you and your current symptoms.

Generally psychotherapy involves a greater commitment in both time and emotion. It can be challenging  at times. You will know that you have someone committed to working alongside you and using their experience to help you change and grow.

The time can vary on a weekly basis between 3months and a number of years.
